- Burnout coaching for high-performing individuals
- Self-publishing consulting for authors using Amazon KDP
- Additional support services described on our Site

4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Calendly’s integrated payment processor.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the Company to charge your payment method for all booked Services.
Refunds are only provided in accordance with our cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled via Calendly. You are responsible for managing your bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations through the booking system.
Missed or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined on your booking page.
6. Confidentiality
All session details are kept confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
7. No Guarantees
While we aim to provide high-quality guidance, we cannot guarantee outcomes from coaching or consulting services. Your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, profits, or opportunities
- Decisions made based on information provided during sessions
You agree to use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials is the exclusive property of By Wendy & Co. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for inappropriate behaviour, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms.
