I know that pace well.

For years, I pushed through long days, managed demanding workloads, hit my goals, and kept going even when I was already stretched thin. I was performing well, but it didn’t feel sustainable.

My sleep suffered. My anxiety kept climbing. My appetite vanished. The hardest part was not knowing how to slow down without feeling like I might fall behind.

Burnout gradually disconnected me from myself and affected every part of my life.

Healing was not a dramatic breakthrough. It came from small shifts, honest conversations with myself, learning to rest without guilt, and figuring out how to sustain myself without abandoning my ambitions. I learned how to live and lead my life without burning out.

That experience shapes how I coach today.
