FAQs

Burnout Coaching

1. What exactly is burnout coaching?

Burnout coaching is a structured, forward-focused approach that helps you understand what’s driving your overwhelm and rebuild your capacity in a sustainable way.

We look at your routines, workload, habits, boundaries, and stress patterns, then create practical steps that help you function more effectively without running yourself to the ground.

2. How is burnout coaching different from therapy?

Therapy focuses on emotional history, trauma, and clinical mental health.

Coaching focuses on your present reality and the future — what’s happening now, what needs to change, and how to create healthier ways of working and living.

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or replace therapy.

3. Who is burnout coaching for?

Burnout coaching is for high-performing individuals who feel overwhelmed, drained, or stretched too thin and want a clearer, more sustainable way to function. If you are ambitious but exhausted, operating at full capacity, or aware that something needs to change but unsure where to start, coaching can help.

4. What happens during a burnout coaching session?

Each session is focused, conversational, and tailored to what you’re dealing with. We identify what’s feeling heavy, clarify what you want to improve, and break your situation down into clear, manageable steps. You’ll leave with practical action items and a better sense of direction.

5. Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your sessions are private and confidential. Nothing you share is disclosed unless there is a risk of harm or a legal requirement. This is a safe space for honest conversations about what you’re experiencing.

Self-Publishing Consulting

1. Do you only support Amazon KDP?

Amazon KDP is my primary focus because it’s the fastest and most accessible platform for most authors. If needed, we can also discuss additional distribution options, but the core of my guidance is built around helping you publish confidently on KDP.

2. What stage of writing should I be at before booking a session?

Any stage is fine. You can book a session whether you’re still shaping your idea, partway through a draft, polishing your manuscript, or preparing to upload to KDP. The consulting session adapts to wherever you are in the process.

3. Is this a done-for-you service?

No. This is a consulting and guidance service. I help you understand the publishing process, make clear decisions, avoid mistakes, and move forward efficiently. You maintain full ownership and control of your book.

4. What do I need to prepare before a session?

Nothing is required. If you’d like to share a sample chapter, outline, or specific KDP questions ahead of time, you’re welcome to, but preparation isn’t necessary.

5. Will you read or edit my manuscript?

Not as part of the session. I can review small excerpts or structures for clarity and direction, but I do not provide full editing services. If you’d like, I can help you identify what type of editing you need and where to find reputable editors.

6. Do you guarantee sales or rankings?

No. Sales, reviews, and rankings depend on many factors, including genre, competition, writing quality, and marketing. I guide you through the publishing process with clarity and strategy, but outcomes on Amazon are influenced by variables beyond anyone’s full control.
