I’ve spent my career immersed in the high-intensity worlds of law and big tech, industries built on ambition, high expectations, and the constant pursuit of more. I operated at full capacity for years, pushing toward the next milestone, until burnout forced me to assess what success actually meant.
That turning point led me to rebuild my relationship with wellness.
I learned how to take care of my body, mind, and establish routines that supported my performance and well-being. Along the way, I began helping others do the same.
That journey led to the creation of By Wendy & Co., where I support high-performing individuals who want to excel without burning out. My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in lived experience. I focus on energy management, sustainable habits, and helping people get back to a rhythm that supports both their ambition and health.
Outside of coaching, I write and publish books, and I guide aspiring authors through the self-publishing process. I believe in making big goals achievable through structure, simple systems, and consistent progress.
